It's mock draft season for everyone!
Yet, when Mel Kiper Jr. drops his first mock draft of the season, you put down everything and read it.
Simply put, Kiper is the Godfather of the Mock Draft community, so even if he has lost his fastball, it is still one of the must reads of the season… plus then you get to make fun of the stuff he says.
For the Arizona Cardinals, he gives them cornerback help opposite Patrick Peterson.
From Kiper:
Tabor, my No. 2 cornerback, is a playmaker who had eight interceptions -- with three returned for touchdowns -- the past two seasons. Arizona struggled to find a No. 2 corner opposite Patrick Peterson all of 2016, and in Tabor the Cardinals would get a guy who could step in and start on Day 1. Arizona could take a look at a pass-rusher, too, depending on what happens with free agents Calais Campbell and Chandler Jones.
Getting Tabor would be a nice addition, it would give the Cardinals the ability to bring along Brandon Williams slowly and put him in positions to be the most successful. It could also mean the end to the Justin Bethel era in Arizona.
What do you think? Could Tabor be the best fit?
