The Arizona Cardinals continue to get weapons for Carson Palmer.

Within the short three weeks of the offseason, the idea of where and how the Arizona Cardinals will draft in the 2017 NFL Draft has offered a number of different alternatives.

For Dan Kadar of SB Nation, he sees the Arizona Cardinals needing a replacement for Michael Floyd at the wide receiver position.

From Kadar:

13. Arizona Cardinals: Mike Williams, WR, Clemson

Michael Floyd busted out of Arizona, leaving the Cardinals needing a big wideout to go along with the aging Larry Fitzgerald and smaller players like John Brown and J.J. Nelson. Williams excels at going up and pulling down jump balls and relying on his size and power.

Well, they are going to replace Floyd with a newer, shinier version.

Williams has some of the same issues separating that Floyd had and that carried over into Floyd’s professional career, where he seemed to be more a big play, down the field threat than an all around great receiver.

That is where I struggle with Williams, in that he won in a lot of the same way Floyd did in college, Floyd never took that next step, can we count on Williams too?

If that is the pick, I will understand why, even if I prefer Corey Davis by a pretty fair margin.
