Arizona Cardinals injury report is long and distinguished

The Arizona Cardinals injury report is not a pretty sight.

The Arizona Cardinals have had an extremely rough go of it to start the 2017 NFL season.

Through five games, they have been beset by injuries.

Well, to start week six, the injury report is not pretty.

On the good side of things, the only did not practice was Olsen Pierre.

From there, things get ugly.

Wide receivers John Brown and J.J. Nelson were both limited, Brown with a quad issue and Nelson with a hamstring concern.

The offensive line is equally banged up as Alex Boone, D.J. Humphries and Jared Veldheer are all limited to start the week. This would mark the fifth week in a row that Humphries would be out if he is unable to play.

The defensive line is a mess as well. Pierre is out with Corey Peters, Xavier Williams, Josh Mauro and as we have become accustomed to, Robert Nkemdiche are all limited. You have to guess that some of these guys will be healthy, but that is a lot of limited players right now.

Patrick Peterson has a quad issue, and Karlos Dansby and Josh Bynes are both limited as well.

Let’s hope some of these guys are healthy come Sunday.
