Here we are again. The Arizona Cardinals have seen another one of their standouts (J.J. Nelson) win NFC Offensive Player of the Week. This time, in the form of former-MVP Adrian Peterson.
Truly a remarkable performance, considering he had joined the Cards five days prior.
Let’s just say that 26 carries, 134 yards, two touchdowns, and an impressive 5.2 yards per tote is just an ‘Adrian Peterson’ type of thing.
My question: Can he do it again?
As much as we give Peterson congratulations, which he deserves, the Arizona Cardinals offensive line wasn't half bad either, especially in the run game.
It's a wonder what getting two starters back will do for a unit.
Even more improbable this season, is the fact that the Arizona Cardinals, through all of their offensive struggles, represent two of the six NFC Offensive Player's of the Week.
Congrats to AD, the o-line and Steve Keim.
