Greetings, and welcome to this week’s fantasy preview between the Arizona Cardinals and the Houston Texans.
With both teams’ starting quarterbacks, Carson Palmer and Deshaun Watson, on Injured Reserve, this is a game of backup quarterbacks.
Tom Savage has been brutal in his time starting for the Texans, with an 0-2 record while Drew Stanton is likely to miss the game with a knee sprain, leading to Blaine Gabbert’s first start with the Cardinals.
This is....really bad.
So bad, in fact, that instead of making fantasy football recommendations for Sunday’s matchup between both teams I’m just going to share an abundance of tweets that sum up the situation.
God forbid you have to start any players who will be playing in this game.
Do you have any parental controls so I can prevent my children from seeing Gabbert vs Savage @NFLRedZone?

In what kind of world do Blaine Gabbert and Tom Savage meet in a professional football game?

Traveling to Houston next weekend to see Blaine Gabbert versus Tom Savage because they’re both better than Colin Kaepernick

It is Week 11 of the NFL season and we have a really really good chance of seeing a Nathan Peterman/Kellen Clemens matchup and a Blaine Gabbert/Tom Savage matchup. pic.twitter.com/iG172KTzQ6
Hard to believe a QB like Tyrod Taylor is benched when players like Beathard, Gabbert and Savage are starting.
