Arizona Cardinals initial injury report is long and distinguished for their face off with the Rams

A look at the Arizona Cardinals initial injury report.

The Arizona Cardinals initial injury report for the matchup with the Los Angeles Rams is out and it is not a pretty sight.

The first two you notice are Ricky Seals-Jones and Larry Fitzgerald, and both did not participate in practice on Wednesday, but it was not injury related. This may sound weird, but it is good that Seals-Jones isn’t injury related because the Cardinals need his presence.

John Brown, Deone Bucannon, Josh Mauro, Corey Peters and Adrian Peterson, all stsarters, are out with some sort of injury, which, let’s hope none are serious. Although, it would be surprising to see Brown and Bucannon on Sunday against the Rams.

Add to that special teams contributors Rudy Ford and Brittan Golden are both on the did not participate list with injuries and the list is full.

Two names that do raise some concern, even if they are listed just as limited, are Troy Niklas and Robert Nkemdiche, both who have struggled with injuries throughout their careers.

Let’s hope today’s report looks a little less crowded.
