As the Arizona Cardinals continue on their quest to get back to .500 on the season, they do so limping towards the finish line.
Not only do they have the mountain of overcoming an early, cold, east coast game against the Washington Redskins, but their first injury report of the week should instill less confidence heading into the game.

First, Larry Fitzgerald, Karlos Dansby and Frostee Rucker should all be healthy and ready for the agme, so let’s not worry about them.
Instead, the worry starts with Budda Baker and Antoine Bethea. Both safety have some issues with their legs. Thigh for Baker, knee for Bethea. It would be hard to overcome one, not just both of their injuries.
On the offensive line, joining Jared Veldheer, who is on the IR, Earl Watford has a ankle that will likely keep him out while Alex Boone is limited with a back injury. My goodness, this is awful.
The defensive side of the ball is just as bad: Josh Mauro has an ankle injury and did not participate, Chandler Jones and Corey Peters both are limited with injuries also.
Let’s hope today brings a better bill of health.
