What are your thoughts on the Arizona Cardinals Coach?

Are you still on the Bruce Arians bandwagon or are you ready for a change with the Arizona Cardinals?

As the season winds down.

As the record goes upside down, there seems to be a number of people becoming disenchanted with the Arizona Cardinals coaching staff.

I personally do not agree with the notion that a coaching change needs to take place, but I also am interested in what the fans say.

Again, so not to upset anyone, this is not a call for Bruce Arians to be fired, this is a poll on what the fanbase feels about Arians as the head coach at this time.

Why am I not on board with a coaching change? Well, first the prospects of who takes over are not completely appealing at this time.

The retreads

Josh McDaniels (New England Patriots OC)

Mike Smith (Tampa Bay Buccaneers DC)

Todd Haley (Pittsburgh Steelers OC)

Assistant coaches/first timers

Matt Nagy (Kansas City Chiefs OC)

Dave Toub (Chiefs special teams)

Matt Patricia (New England Patriots DC)

John DeFillipo (Philadelphia Eagles QBs)

Teryl Austin (Detroit Lions DC)

Mike Vrabel (Houston Texans DC)

Dan Campbell (New Orleans Saints TEs)

Do any of those guys really inspire confidence moving forward over Bruce Arians? If so, are you sure the Cardinals get their top choice and make the right pick?

I understand the status quo needs to change in Arizona, you cannot come back with the same team again next year, the same staff and expect a turnaround, but Arians has earned the rope he has.

So, we will run the poll over the next four weeks, I am interested to see how the fans react after each game.

The poll will run Tuesday at 6am until gameday morning at 6am. Make sure there is not too many reactionary votes each week.

Again, this is not an endorsement of getting rid of Bruce Arians, it is simply asking the question.
