There has been much to lament, much hand-wringing over the Arizona Cardinals 2017 season.
For good reason, the Cardinals seem to get hurt at the same positions whenever they start to get into a rhythm or find a groove.
This is not a recipe for success in a season or over the long haul.

Obviously the three veterans on the list are important to note: Karlos Dansby, Frostee Rucker and of course Larry Fitzgerald were held out without injury concerns.
From there, things are not great: Jared Veldheer, Adrian Peterson, Corey Peterson, and John Brown, all key contributors and starters are did not participate in Wednesday’s practice.
Meaning the Cardinals could be looking at more Kerywnn Williams.
Williams was again limited this week with his rib issues, joining him as limited were: Jaron Brown, Josh Mauro, J.J. Nelson, Troy Niklas, Patrick Peterson and A.Q. Shipley. One name that has moved up to limited was $ linebacker Deone Bucannon, who is still nursing the ankle, but could be back this week against a great Titans rushing offense.
The other name to pay attention to is long snapper Justin Drescher who is limited with a shoulder. He hasn’t been great, so if Aaron Brewer is healthy and ready, he could be activated off the IR. Which is sad when we were debating between David Johnson, Carson Palmer and T.J. Logan three weeks ago.
Life comes at you fast.
