For the 2013 Arizona Cardinals draft class, there was not much to get excited about.
Of course, that could be said for the entire 2013 NFL Draft.
The Cardinals class was highlighted by the dynamic and slightly injury prone Tyrann Mathieu, but the rest... Meh.
Kevin Minter, the second round pick in 2013 looked like he was turning the corner, but in the end, the Cardinals showed zero interest in bringing back the four year pro.
In fact, the NFL seemed to not be interested in Minter at all, outside of one visit to the Indianapolis Colts, it had been relatively quiet on the Minter front.
Until now, where it has been reported that Kevin Minter will be signing with the Cincinnati Bengals per Josina Anderson:
I'm told the #Bengals are signing FA LB Kevin Minter, per source.

In a fun swap, the Cardinals and Bengals have swapped linebackers.
Reports of the deal have not been shown yet, but you would imagine with the time it took to get signed, he would not be getting to much money.
Good luck to Minter in the next stage of his career.
