One thing is often thought about the Arizona Cardinals and their ability within the draft, that they do a good job on day three.
This is true, however it has been one player, Justin Bethel, in the last decade who has been selected to a Pro Bowl for the Arizona Cardinals that was picked on day three of the NFL Draft.

The list is actually really an interesting look at the overall importance of day three picks and understanding that it is unlikely to get a Pro Bowl caliber player that you draft and develop on day three.
However, what is even more interesting is that the teams with the most Pro Bowls from a day three pick, the Seahawks, Packers and Patriots are consistently amongst the best teams in the NFL.
While it is not a key to success, it is important to hit on day three picks and get those players that can be high value contributors.
What the Cardinals have gotten from Bethel is often overlooked because he has not turned into the starter at cornerback we all had hoped, but his work on special teams should not be undersold.
