The Arizona Cardinals were absolutely ready for when they were called to pick at 13 in the 2017 NFL Draft and Haason Reddick was absolutely ready to be the pick.

Reddick is a different type of talent.
He played defensive end at Temple after playing wide receiver and defensive back. He began to add weight and transitioned to defensive end.
It is there that, combined with his athleticism, he began to turn heads.
His athletic ability is something you will see talked about quite a bit here, because it is what makes him such a special talent.
Arians said Reddick reminds him of a smaller Von Miller. Has that type of ability off the edge, plus can play inside.

Reddick can play inside or outside at linebacker, Keim said.

While that comparison is a bit of a stretch, it goes to show you how talented Reddick is and what his ceiling looks like.
He is a player that is going to get reps playing in sub packages as a pass rusher from inside, outside, but has the athletic ability to drop into coverage.
Reddick actually compares very favorably to two of the best inside linebacker in the NFL over the last decade: Lawrence Timmons and Bobby Wagner.
If the Cardinals can get a similar career arc to those two, then they got a hell of a player at 13 in the 2017 NFL Draft.
