Arizona Cardinals players react to Haason Reddick selection

The Arizona Cardinals picked linebacker Haason Reddick with the 13th pick in the 2017 NFL Draft.

To say that the leaders of the Arizona Cardinals were happy with the selection would be an understatement.

Some of the best players on the Cardinals had quite a bit to say after the Cardinals made the Temple standout their pick at 13.

It is great to see the team excited and invested in what the Cardinals are doing not just during the season, but in the draft.

To see players like Patrick Peterson, Chandler Jones and Tyrann Mathieu reach out and extend a welcome to Haason Reddick shows that they are still focused and building towards something special.

It also shows that the defense, especially the defense, wanted to see talent restored to that side of the ball.

The Cardinals gave up five 30 point games in 2016, more than in 2014 and 2015 combine. The defense wants to reestablish itself and you can see the excitement.
