We are under four weeks until the 2017 NFL Draft, which means information is going to be flying in now on the Arizona Cardinals.
That also means that prospect visits are heating up. We will have an updated list tomorrow, but when interesting names come into Arizona or Arizona ventures out, it is worth talking about.
One name that came up this weekend was Florida Atlantic's Trey Hendrickson.
Hendrickson is a big, athletic edge defender. Measuring in at 6-4 and 266lbs, Hendrickson had a great combine, making it into the vaunted Force Players metrics my buddy Justis Mosqueda uses.
What Hendrickson has is athleticism and size off the edge, two things that cannot be taught.
He has some question marks, he's not overly lengthy for his height and he doesn't play as physical as he looks.
However, he has an intriguing blend that could work itself into a useful pass rushing role in Arizona. We know they brought in Jarvis Jones to replace Alex Okafor, but that was for one year.
Hendrickson could be an interesting candidate for that position, where he can work on putting together pass rushing technique to go with his unnatural size/athletic talents.
