With Father's Day here and me spending that driving back to Illinois, I was curious if you have any traditions in your family?
Typically we do two whole tenderloins on the grill, first we sear them off after a salt and pepper rub, then we have an aluminum pan filled with butter. We let them bathe in that butter tub until they are a beautiful mid rare. Pull em, let them rest for 30 minutes then slice and serve. This year... Probably something quick and easy.
