With the Diamondbacks rolling, the Suns draft wrapped and the Coyotes doing Coyotes things, the question is begged, which organization is the closest to a title?
I can safely assure you I don't know a thing about the Coyotes, outside of they have been bad for a while.
The Suns core group is all under 21 years of age, I don't mean this in a negative way, but they are probably 4-5 years away if they all develop to becoming title contenders.
That leaves the Diamondbacks and Cardinals.
They seem to be on diverging paths, at least in my opinion, but it is one that may be at an intersection in those paths.
Are the DBacks or Cards more setup to maintain a contender status?
Both have formidable opponents with continued issues at the top of their division in the Dodgers and Seahawks.
However, both have an abundance of talent, but the questions for the future for both is at key positions: Quarterback and starting pitcher.
What do you think?
