Sunday open thread with Revenge of the Birds: What’s your Fourth of July Plans?

Happy Fourth of July weekend one and all. Hope you are enjoying some time with your family, friends, or... All of them.

We spent the day touring my in-laws home town of Mishawaka, Indiana. Talk about small town USA.

They have one of the better breweries though, Evil Czech Brewery, so if you're ever there for any reason, check it out.

From there we went to South Bend, Indiana to take a self guided tour of Notre Dame.

We spent about two hours there, it was a pleasure to walk around and take in the history. I'll never be a Notre Dame fan, but I can respect the history of the program and just the school itself. My wife's family, being from just outside of Notre Dame, are devout Golden Domer's, but not my cup of tea still.
