We are back!
It has been quite the break for us, but life sometimes gets in the way, plus, let’s be honest, there hasn’t been a ton of information on the Arizona Cardinals since we left.
Waiting was worth it, as we have a plethora of topics on this show and you shouldn’t miss it.
Jess, as always is nice enough to give you some time stamps, so check out the entire 1.5 hours as you go, pick a topic and get the info you want.
Also... I drop one potential hope for Blaine Gabbert, even if it is quite out there and unlikely of a player who sucked for two years then turned it around (although Gabbert has been not good for six years, so...)
(0:00) Show intro preview of topics, what Seth and I have been up to outside of the show
(4:20) Carson Palmer and his offseason rest in OTAs, whether it is a good idea and whether the plan all along was to help get another quarterback ready for perhaps 2018
(14:40) The injury situation for the team, especially Deone Bucannon, and what that means for Haason Reddick, what will Reddick’s role be, when Bucannon might be back
(21:37) Justin Bethel and the competition for the second cornerback spot, whether the Cardinals made a mistake in letting him cut the last year of his deal
(29:45) Blaine Gabbert and his situation with the Cardinals, what his role is meant to be for the team, whether he can turn things around
(47:25) The NFL Top 100 Players, who made the list for the Cardinals, was anyone snubbed and was David Johnson ranked too lowly
(1:04:55) The Cardinals and contracts, which players are coming up on free agency or are going to be eligible for contract extensions, how the Cardinals should handle it
