Arizona Cardinals cut tight end, release two players with injuries, bring back Gerald Christian

The Arizona Cardinals made a number of moves on Thursday, none were Brandon Flowers.

It is that time of the training camp season where injury settlements are paid out and long shots to make the roster are let go.

We will start with welcoming back tight end Gerald Christian, the former seventh round pick for the Arizona Cardinals out of Louisville. Christian never saw active time with the Cardinals, as he was injured in 2015 and then let go at the end of training camp in 2016.

However, he saw action in three games with the Buffalo Bills in 2016 as he bounced between their active roster and practice squad.

In order to bring Christian back, the Cardinals cut undrafted free agent tight end Steven Wroblewski. Many were hopeful that the big tight end from Southern Utah could be a diamond in the rough, unfortunately that did not work out for him.

Two other players were let go after an injury settlement was reached. Newly brought in linebacker Tevin Floyd and 2017 free agent pickup Jumal Rolle.

The Cardinals now have some space on the roster... Who will that be for?
