Sunday Night Open Thread: Let's talk about movies

It's the offseason and topics are… scarce when it comes to the Arizona Cardinals.

Well, maybe not for the week, but definitely for the weekends.

That's why, for the last topic of the weekend I wondered: What's the best movie you have seen this year?

In Illinois you can see a movie for $3, even a new release, so needless to say we've seen every kids movie and all the superhero movies that have come out this year.

I'd rank them as follows:

Wonder Woman

Spider-Man Homecoming

Guardians of the Galaxy 2

Beauty and the Beast

Despicable Me 3

Transformers

My kids disagreed, here is the consensus rankings:

Spider-Man Homecoming

Captain Underpants

Wonder Woman

Cars 3

Guardians of the Galaxy 2

Despicable Me 3

Transformers

Transformers was definitely the worst. I didn't get to Cars 3, but my kids liked it.

Guardians is definitely more geared towards adults.
