The Arizona Cardinals wrap up training camp, well at least open to the public, this week. It will lead to the Arizona Cardinals final preseason game where we will see the starters before the regular season begin.
Arians, "I would hope not" re: starters playing first half vs. Falcons; hoping 30 plays would be enough#CardsCamp

It is a different philosophy than other teams we have seen, but the Cardinals and the Falcons both have a lot of established players and they shouldn’t need too much work in the preseason... Of course.
Arians, "Did not like how we started the game" but were winning 7-3 when starters were pulled vs. Bears#CardsCamp

Also of note:
Arians, "No new injuries"; mentioned they could get as many as five players back at practice today, including Bynes#CardsCamp

The Cardinals need health. 2014 and 2015 were derailed by major injuries to key players. 2016 was just a cluster of bad plays and lingering injuries.
BA: Deone Bucannon could be removed from the PUP list this week. He won't practice but will participate in walk thru.

I am sure that the play of the inside linebackers through preseason has nothing to do with this.
Arians, "He's doing a really fine job" re: Kerwynn Williams in return game; added, "He's pretty fearless back there"#CardsCamp

Not as good as T.J. Logan, but clearly better than anything they had out there last year, which is odd considering Williams was available last year.
WR Smokey Brown will practice today and then leave for a funeral. He will meet team in Atlanta.

Important.
Arians singled out Gabbert, Hubert, Martin, Nkemdiche, Pierre and Ross among those who stood out vs. Bears after looking at film#CardsCamp

This seems similar to a post from Sunday...
RB David Johnson will have snaps limited again on Saturday at #Falcons. Arians: "He doesn’t like it. He’ll like it in November."

Think Arizona Cardinals fans and fantasy football players will agree with this.
Iupati a late arrival to practice, was getting his left arm looked at; he's with position group now going through drills#CardsCamp
— Craig Grialou (@CraigAZSports) August 21, 2017
I mean... He hasn’t looked great, maybe there is a reason why.
And now Cole Toner is running 1st-team left guard as practice moves to 11-on-11; offense working against "Falcons" defense#CardsCamp

He was there for a bit when I was down there but they were checking out his elbow and then I didn't see him come back pic.twitter.com/F9Fuayl7Dk

WR Brittan Golden (groin) and LB Philip Wheeler (foot) have been getting some conditioning in -

running sprints away from team drills.
Good to see Wheeler getting some run in. Could be too little too late if Josh Bynes comes back and picks up where he left off.
Karlos Dansby back at work. Just dropped an INT from Gabbert

Gabbert can’t catch a break...
That’s it from camp today. It was another day, I guess that is all that we can say at this point.
Nothing is going to change in camp and as long as everyone comes out healthy, it is a good thing.
