A bad day may end up being even worse for the Arizona Cardinals with another new report coming out in David Johnson's wrist.
From ESPN's Adam Schefter:
An MRI on Mon will determine whether David Johnson will miss a "few weeks" or "half the season or more" with sprained wrist, per @mortreport

This is not what we wanted to hear after seeing earlier tweets that x-rays were negative on the wrist. The severity of the sprain will determine how long he is out for and the Arizona Cardinals offense will need their star running back.
If it is half a season, things are going to be interesting moving forward at how the Cardinals will design their offense.
Who becomes the bell cow, do they revamp the offense closer to the 2014 version when they had a similar issue keeping a running back healthy?
All of this is something that we'll discuss when it is actually known and we stop getting reports from “sauces”.
However you cut it, losing DJ is going to mean big shoes to fill for the next man up.
