NFL: New Orleans Saints at Minnesota Vikings Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sports

First Monday Night Football game of the season and as usual, it is a double header.

New Orleans Saints at Minnesota Vikings, ESPN 7:00pm ET

The Saints take their high powered offense into Minnesota to face off against one of the best defenses in the NFL. Add in the return of Adrian Peterson, and this game has all the dramatics you could want.

I think the Saints and Drew Brees are able to score enough to pull out a minor upset in week one.

Los Angeles Chargers at Denver Broncos, ESPN 10:20pm ET

The late game, one I will likely be asleep for, is the Chargers and the Broncos. My buddies at Setting the Edge are big believers in the Chargers in 2017, so if you like analytical information based predictions, check that out.

For me, it is about a dominant Broncos defense that should get just enough out of their offense to really make this game a tough victory.
