It was not the first half we wanted to see, it was not the first half we expected to see, yet through all of the disasters on the field, the Cardinals not only had a chance to be ahead heading to half time.

Yet, they cannot get out of their own way and the Cardinals trail the Colts 10-3 at the half.

Palmer was shaky, the offensive line was bad and the defense could not stop a third down play… Oh, and the redzone offense was ineffective.

The Colts offense didn't look as potent once the script was up, the defense was fast and aggressive and got the offense into good scoring position.

The offense could not take advantage, failing on a fourth and one and then settling for a field goal on two consecutive goal to go possessions.

Then, on their final drive, Carson Palmer forced the ball into double coverage and was picked off. A fitting end to a bad first half.
