Twitter Reacts to the Cardinals 16-13 win over the Indianapolis Colts

What did social media have to say about AZ’s Overtime win

NFL: Arizona Cardinals at Indianapolis Colts Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

A win’s a win, right?

The Arizona Cardinals looked miserable for nearly 3 quarters against a bad Colts team missing their starting quarterback that put out a player only acquired less than 2 weeks ago in Jacoby Brissett.

Naturally, there was some humorous content to be found with both teams struggling offensively:

Their red zone struggles especially seemed to be a key point especially early in the game.

But, the tide seemed to turn in the 4th quarter with a long TD pass to J.J. Nelson.

The Cardinals rallied back only to see Phil Dawson’s kick get iced and promptly missed, sending the game to overtime.

But then a Honey Badger INT in the first series of overtime put the Cards in position for some Phil Dawson redemption.

So, Phil Dawson can’t botch this one up, right?

Wasn’t to be.

The Cardinals took home the “W” and fans rejoiced at the victory, calling out fans who’d jumped off the bandwagon.
