Rose Bowl - Monday 5:00 PM ET
Georgia Bulldogs vs Oklahoma Sooners
#3 Roquan Smith LB UGA 6’1” 225
Season Stats: 113 TKL (72 solo) 10.5 TFL 5.5 SCK 1 FF 2 PBU
#27 Nick Chubb RB UGA 5’10” 225
Season Stats: 1175 YDS 6.2 AVG 13 TD rushing, 3 REC 31 YDS 10.3 AVG receiving
Chubb has recovered from a career-threatening knee injury in 2015 to post back-to-back 1100 yard rushing seasons, without missing a game. He’s in the mix with teammate Sony Michel, and San Diego State’s Rashaad Penny in the debate over top senior running backs.
#1 Sony Michel RB UGA 5’11” 215

#7 Lorenzo Carter LB UGA 6’6” 243

#5 Terry Godwin WR UGA 5’11” 185

#77 Isaiah Wynn G UGA 6’2” 302

#6 Baker Mayfield QB OU 6’1” 220
Season Stats: 262/369 (71%) 4340 YDS 11.8 YPA 41 TD 5 INT passing, 310 YDS 3.6 AVG 5 TD rushing
All eyes are on the Heisman winner, who’s widely-viewed as a potential top ten draft pick, and who has even convinced corners of the draftnik community that he is the top quarterback in the draft. Mayfield, a former walk-on and Texas Tech transfer, has posted historically good numbers in three seasons with the Sooners, but his few critics remain skeptical of the level of competition he has faced. Georgia’s defense will provide a strong test.
#81 Mark Andrews TE OU 6’5” 254

#78 Orlando Brown OT OU 6’8” 345
Brown is a thee-year starter at left tackle, and a player who’s shown improved footwork and technique as a pass protector. He’s the son of the late Orlando Brown Sr., who played a total of 10 NFL seasons with the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens.
