For the college football playoffs, the talent amongst the four teams is amazing.

There will be likely 15 first round picks coming from these teams over the next couple of seasons and it ends tonight with the Alabama Crimson Tide vs Clemson Tigers.

Sugar Bowl - Monday 8:45 PM ET
Alabama vs Clemson

#29 Minkah Fitzpatrick DB Alabama 6’1” 202
Season Stats: 52 TKL (33 solo) 6 TFL 1.5 SCK 1 FF 1 INT 7 PBU 1 kick BLK

Fitzpatrick is being projected as an NFL safety, and has seen snaps everywhere from linebacker, to slot, to outside corner. Given his size, speed and athleticism, I will believe he will get his first NFL opportunity as a corner until proven otherwise.

#3 Calvin Ridley WR Alabama 6’1” 190
Season Stats: 55 REC 896 YDS 16.3 AVG 3 TD

Ridley is a burner, and is finally getting to show his worth as a field stretcher this season. He will be a polarizing prospect because, although he’s only a junior, he has already turned 23 years old.

#34 Damien Harris RB Alabama 5’11” 212
Season Stats: 906 YDS 8.2 AVG 11 TD rushing, 8 REC 66 YDS 8.3 AVG receiving

Teammate Bo Scarbrough got the hype after a dazzling playoff performance last year, but Harris emerged as the Tide’s best running back this season. Sadly, Harris has been underutilized in a crowded backfield, and with quarterback Jalen Hurts absorbing many of the rushing attempts.

#32 Rashaan Evans LB Alabama 6’3” 234
Season Stats: 57 TKL (26 solo) 10.5 TFL 5 SCK 1 FF 2 PBU

#94 Da’Ron Payne DT Alabama 6’2” 308
Season Stats: 45 TKL (16 solo) 1 TFL 1 SCK 2 PBU

#15 Ronnie Harrison S Alabama 6’3” 214
Season Stats: 68 TKL (39 solo) 3.5 TFL 2.5 SCK 3 INT 3 PBU

#9 Bo Scarbrough RB Alabama 6’2” 235
Season Stats: 549 YDS 5.1 AVG 8 TD rushing, 14 EC 92 YDS 6.6 AVG receiving

#9 Da’Shawn Hand DE Alabama 6’4” 288
Season Stats: 21 TKL (7 solo) 2.5 TFL 2 SCK

#28 Anthony Averett CB Alabama 6’ 185
Season Stats: 40 TKL (24 solo) 2 TFL 1 INT 7 PBU

#39 Levi Wallace CB Alabama 6’ 183
Season Stats: 39 TKL (22 solo) 4.5 TFL 2 SCK 3 INT 12 PBU 1 TD

#42 Christian Wilkins DT Clemson 6’4” 300
Season Stats: 52 TKL (19 solo) 8.5 TFL 4.5 SCK 4 PBU

Wilkins is an athletic dynamo, and his 2017 numbers don’t really do him justice when it comes to his NFL outlook. The junior lineman will create consistent pressure on the interior, and he is adept at getting his arms into the passing lane, as evidence by his 14 batted passes (10 in 2016) over the past two seasons.

#7 Austin Bryant DE Clemson 6’5” 265
Season Stats: 47 TKL (28 solo) 14.5 TFL 7.5 SCK 2 FF 1 INT 1 PBU

#99 Clelin Ferrell DE Clemson 6’5” 260
Season Stats: 62 TKL (31 solo) 17 TFL 8.5 SCK 2 FF 1 PBU

After finishing third on the team in sacks last season, Ferrell led the Tigers with 8.5 this year. He’s a redshirt sophomore, and draft-eligible if he chooses to declare.

#8 Deon Cain WR Clemson 6’1” 190
Season Stats: 52 REC 659 YDS 12.7 AVG 6 TD

#34 Kendall Joseph LB Clemson 6’ 225
Season Stats: 86 TKL (29 solo) 4 TFL 0.5 SCK 1 FF 1 INT 1 PBU

#75 Mitch Hyatt OT Clemson 6’5” 305

Hyatt is a three-year stater at tackle, and won’t turn 21 years old for another month.

#6 Dorian O’Daniel LB Clemson 6’1” 220
Season Stats: 84 TKL (48 solo) 10.5 TFL 5 SCK 2 INT 5 PBU 2 TD
