We are onto the 2019 NFL Draft.

No, we are not done covering the Arizona Cardinals, but with the reality that the Arizona Cardinals are more likely to be fighting for the top pick as opposed to a playoff spot we will begin to dial in on where the Cardinals will be picking along with the players who fit the needs of the current coaching staff, until that changes.

For now, it will be day one and probable day two talents we focus on, and if you want to know more, well feel free to ask.

Let’s get started on games to watch today.

#2 Clemson at Florida State, 9am Arizona Time, ABC

We talked about Clemson’s trio of Clemson has cornerback Trayvon Mullen, defensive end Clelin Ferrell and defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence, but the Seminoles have defensive ends Brian Burns as well.

#9 Florida at #7 Georgia, 12:30pm, CBS

The Bulldogs of Georgia have one of the better cornerback prospects in the 2019 NFL Draft in Denadre Baker, who could be an intriguing late day one early day two type.

#18 Iowa at #17 Penn State, 12:30pm, ESPN

The Iowa Hawkeyes have a tight end who would be a fantastic fit for the Arizona Cardinals or any NFL team in Noah Fant, cost is the question. For the Nittany Lions of Penn State, a day two interior offensive line prospect to know is Connor McGovern.

#14 Washington State at #24 Stanford, 4pm, Pac12 Network

While Bryce Love may still be the top draw, if the Cardinals draft another running back high fans may lose their mind. So, the best prospect for the Cardinals may be Cardinal wide receiver J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, who could be a nice top of round two fit.

A couple more names to know from the Cardinal are interior linemen Jesse Burkett and Nate Herbig, as well as tight end Kaden Smith.
