Another weekend of NFL games are upon us and the morning slate is… less than thrilling.
Oh sure, there will be a couple of interesting matchups, but for the most part this season, things have not gone as expected in the NFL which has made these back half of the season games lose some of their luster.
The morning g schedule which has already gotten underway looks like this:
New York Giants (3-7) at Philadelphia Eagles (4-6)
Jacksonville Jaguars (3-7) at Buffalo Bills (3-7)
Seattle Seahawks (5-5) at Carolina Panthers (6-4)
Oh look, a game between two teams competing for an NFC Wildcard spot.
Oakland Raiders (2-8) at Baltimore Ravens (5-5)
San Francisco 49ers (2-8) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-7)
Cleveland Browns (3-6-1) at Cincinnati Bengals (5-5)
New England Patriots (7-3) at New York Jets (3-7)
Like I said, this is one of the worst weeks I can remember in the NFL in a long time. Only two teams with above .500 records, a number of teams that will make up the top 10 in the 2019 NFL Draft playing one another and some of the biggest disappointments of 2018 squaring off.
At least it’s football.
