Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Chargers first half game thread

Let's talk about the Arizona Cardinals game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

It is game time for the Arizona Cardinals as they take on the Los Angeles Chargers at the cozy confines of the StubHub Center.

It is going to be quite the task for Cardinals and their young quarterback today as the Chargers boast one of the top pass rushes in the NFL.

Also, for the second consecutive week, the Cardinals will be relying on rookie seventh round pick Korey Cunningham because D.J. Humphries is sidelined again with an injury.

Also missing today’s game is dynamic safety Budda Baker, who will be out for the second week in a row.

Josh Rosen will need to clean up the turnovers and sustain drives today because there is a huge chance that the Chargers lean on Melvin Gordon for the bulk of their offensive work, which will be an issue for the Cardinals defense.

It will be interesting to see if David Johnson’s workload remains high with Byron Leftwich at offensive coordinator and if he continues to produce those big numbers.

Let’s hope the Cardinals came to play, Go Cardinals!
