With the Arizona Cardinals moving on from the Bruce Arians era, the change is far reaching on the offensive side of the ball.

One of the more underrated storylines is that for the first time in five seasons Drew Stanton will not be a part of the Arizona Cardinals.

No, in fact Drew Stanton will instead be the veteran quarterback backup with the Cleveland Browns.

Stanton is a veteran with a lot of experience in the NFL, but for the past six he has been in the Bruce Arians offense.

Now, for the first time since 2011, he will be in a new offense with a new coach and learning again.

Stanton has not put up statistically good or bad numbers, he’s been average throughout his career, but he has done one thing… win.

In his career, Stanton is 11-6 as a starter and does a good job of keeping his team in a place to win games.

That’s Drew Stanton.

Good luck in Cleveland, Drew and thank you for being a reliable backup for the past five seasons.
