Arizona Cardinals Final 2018 NFL Mock Draft Consensus: Quarterback in Round 1

The consensus mock drafts have the Arizona Cardinals finding a quarterback in round one, just a different one for each consensus.

For many, today is not just fun because it is the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

No, it is a freedom of not having to put up with anymore asinine Mock Drafts. Well, except for the three or four that come out today on this here website.

That’s right, the 2018 NFL Draft starts tonight and we have a couple more mocks to get in or mocks to review.

Last night, the guy who usually gets it right, Mike Mayock has Josh Rosen falling to the Arizona Cardinals.

What happens tonight we will see, but there is a consensus...

The Arizona Cardinals are going to draft a quarterback in the first round.

While local media says they will not pick Lamar Jackson, the Cardinals will not trade up for one of Josh Rosen, Josh Allen or Baker Mayfield, the rest of the prognosticators disagree:

15. Arizona Cardinals

Consensus - Lamar Jackson

Post-Combine - Lamar Jackson

Pre-Combine - Josh Allen

Preseason - Luke Falk (Behind Mason Rudolph)

The Cardinals are drafting a quarterback or pretty much every mock drafter in the universe is going to flip. The team is also a popular trade-up candidate in mocks.

Bleeding Green Nation, the Eagles blog has a first round simulator and the Arizona Cardinals get a quarterback, Baker Mayfield or Lamar, 35% of the time.

In other words, the world thinks the Arizona Cardinals will finally address the quarterback position tonight...

I know one person who has mocked something different.
