It was a big event that saw Josh Rosen and Christian Kirk getting a shot to schmooze and rub elbows with some of their fellow top 2018 picks.
It was a chance to put the pads and the uniform on for Rosen and Kirk, but the way the two reacted was notably different.
Rosen, as we talked about earlier today, is all business right now.
He feels like he has a lot to prove heading into his career.
This was Rosen’s lone tweet of the weekend.
Ready to #BeRedSeeRed in my @AZCardinals uni here at the NFL #RookiePremiere. Check out my #PaniniInstant card here https://t.co/N3WuWoHB26 pic.twitter.com/pexWOUTPEi

Meanwhile, Kirk is out living his best life. He’s enjoying it and soaking it all in as he finally is where he was destined to be:

It is two sides of the same coin.
Rosen, while a top ten pick in an NFL Draft, feels slighted, while Kirk, a round two pick and the fifth wide receiver drafted, is excited to get out and work.
It’s a beautiful way to look at the two first round picks and their contrast in not only how they’re perceived, but what they expect moving forward.
