ESPN Insider just wrote an article that projects the starting lineups of each NFC West team. Here are the projections with my own assessment of how they rank by position. Note: I ranked projected rookie starters last, seeing as they have not taken a snap yet in an NFL game. Thus, these rankings aren’t purely on talent, they also factor in experience and production.

QB:

1---Russell Wilson (SEA)
2T---Sam Bradford (ARI)
2T---Jimmy Garoppolo (SF)
2T---Jared Goff (LAR)

Here I have Russell Wilson #1 and a healthy Sam Bradford tied for #2 with Jimmy Garoppolo and Jared Goff.

RB:

1---Todd Gurley (LAR)
2---David Johnson (ARI)
3---Jerick McKinnon (SF)
4---Rashaad Penny (SEA)

WR #1:

1---Doug Baldwin (SEA)
2---Larry Fitzgerald (ARI)
3---Brandin Cooks (LAR)
4---Pierre Garcon (SF)

WR #2:

1---Robert Woods (LAR)
2---Tyler Lockett (SEA)
3---Marquise Goodwin (SF)
4---Christian Kirk (ARI)

WR #3:

1---Cooper Kupp (LAR)
2---Brice Butler (ARI)
3---Jaron Brown (SEA)
4---Dante Pettis (SF)

1---Gerald Everett (LAR)
2---George Kittle (SF)
3---Ricky Seals-Jones (ARI)
4---Ed Dickson (SEA)

1---Andrew Whitworth (LAR)
2---Joe Staley (SF)
3---D.J. Humphries (ARI)
4---Duane Brown (SEA)

LG:

1---Mike Iupati (ARI)
2---Rodger Saffold (LAR)
3---Laken Tomlinson (SF)
4---Ethan Pocic (SEA)

C:

1---Justin Britt (SEA)
2---Weston Richburg (SF)
3---John Sullivan (LAR)
4---A.Q. Shipley (ARI)

RG:

1---Justin Pugh (ARI)
2---Jamon Brown (LAR)
3---Jonathan Cooper (SF)
4---D.J. Fluker (SEA)

RT:

1---Rob Havenstein (LAR)
2---Germain Ifedi (SEA)
3---Andre Smith (ARI)
4---Mike McGlinchey (SF)

K:

1---Greg Zuerlein (LAR)
2---Robbie Gould (SF)
3---Phil Dawson (ARI)
4---Sebastian Janikowski (SEA)

Team Averages:

1---LAR: 1.58
2---ARI: 2.42
3T---SEA: 2.83
3T---SF: 2.83

The Rams have the most offensive talent across the board. Not s surprise. The other three teams are not close in overall talent to the Rams, but they are close in talent with the others, with the pre-season edge in favor of the Cardinals.
