The Arizona Cardinals first injury report of week two for the Arizona Cardinals was a bit ominous.
While we covered that Andre Smith situation a bit earlier, a look at the rest of the Wednesday injury report shows some troubling signs as well.

David Johnson was limited with a back injury, while Budda Baker was limited with an ankle injury.
While limited is not a huge issue, after one game it is a huge issue for the Cardinals who need as much talent on the field as possible. Also, it’s clear they need time working together as there wasn’t much in the way of cohesion in week one does the team.
Robert Nkemdiche was also limited, which is a concern with Olsen Pierre struggling with the toe injury.
Finally, seeing Markus Golden and Jermaine Gresham as limited is obviously a good thing, as both are working their way back from serious injuries and that means they are getting closer to returning.
Let’s hope good health comes for the Cardinals the rest of the week.
