It is gameday and if that is not enough to get you excited, we may be close to the beginning of the Josh Rosen era for the Arizona Cardinals.

Yes, this morning it was reported that if the Sam Bradford experience continues on the same trajectory of the first two weeks of the 2018 NFL season, the Arizona Cardinals and their new coaching staff is ready to make the move.

That comes as no surprise to anyone that has suffered through, I mean watched the Cardinals first two games of the season.

As our own Karan Gill broke down this weekend, the Cardinals offense has been abysmal, and as bad as Mike McCoy’s playcalling appears, or misused as David Johnson has been, the crux of the issue is that Sam Bradford has been… bad.

That means, a move at quarterback is imminent of Bradford continues to play like he has through the first two weeks.

Sure, it sounds bad to throw Rosen into the fire against the Khalil Mack lead Chicago Bears defense, but keeping the status quo could cost Steve Wilks and Steve Keim even more.

Desperation in the desert? In week three of the NFL season, that’s where we stand.

Let’s hope whatever happens, the Arizona Cardinals look better than they have the first two weeks.

Enjoy the game and Go Cardinals!
