The numbers are not pretty, but the results are what fans care about.

After the first half, the Arizona Cardinals lead the Seattle Seahawks 10-7 at the half.

The start to the game was less than optimal, with the Cardinals getting nothing on their first drive, after forcing an early punt from the Seahawks, the defense was again put on a short field.

The Seahawks went 62 yards in six plays and Mike Davis took it in for a 20 yards touchdown and the Cardinals were down early 7-0.

Then, David Johnson fumbled on the next play and the Seahawks looked like they were in business.

However, a missed Sebastian Janikowski field goal was followed up by a brilliant drive by Josh Rosen and the Cardinals, that ultimately ended in a field goal after two separate drops by wide receivers.

It was the offensive drops that were really the defining term of the first half. Rosen finished 6/13 for 50 yards, but there were four passes dropped, two by Larry Fitzgerald and one each on open touchdowns by Christian Kirk and J.J. Nelson, that casued the Cardinals to only lead 10-7 at the half.

That’s right, the Cardinals scored a touchdown in the first half as well, as David Johnson snuck in the endzone from one yard out after a 58 yard, six play drive for the Cardinals.

Here is to a strong second half, and stick um.
