The Arizona Cardinals made another important hiring, this time on the offensive side of the ball.
The Cardinals have hired veteran NFL coach Tom Clements as passing game coordinator and quarterback coach.
The #Cardinals are hiring Tom Clements as passing game coordinator/quarterbacks coach, source said. Longtime NFL assistant gets his next project in Josh Rosen.

The Cardinals get a voice that can help Josh Rosen continue to develop, someone that has been integral in a number of quarterbacks having career years while under his tutelage.
The key to this is also that Clements focus will be on Rosen and the passing game, but he will not be the offensive coordinator.
There is not expected to be an OC for the #AZCardinals. Obviously it’s Kliff Kingsbury’s offense https://t.co/ai9mUzhLnI

Clements had time with the New Orleans Saints, Kansas City Chiefs, Pittsburgh Steelers, before landing for a decade with the Green Bay Packers.
There he helped guide Brett Favre to his best season in Green Bay, then was heavily credited with helping Aaron Rodgers get ready to succeed in the NFL.
This is a big hire for the Arizona Cardinals and hopefully one that can help get Josh Rosen to the next level in the NFL.
