The Arizona Cardinals defense had half of a good game.
They had half of a horrendous game.
I will have some thoughts on this in a day or so, but I think the snap counts should tell you some of what will be coming.
Let’s take a look at the defensive and special teams snap counts from the Cardinals wins over the Atlanta Falcons.
Defensive Line
Corey Peters - 49 (71%)
Rodney Gunter - 45 (65%)
Jonathan Bullard - 38 (55%)
Zach Kerr - 19 (28%)
Clinton McDonald - 16 (23%)
Michael Dogbe - 2 (3%)
This is a solid group. The problem is solid is okay.
Edge
Chandler Jones - 68 (99%)
Terrell Suggs - 33 (48%)
Cassius Marsh - 33 (48%)
Brooks Reed - 5 (7%)
Really surprising to see Suggs and Marsh in an equal time share. Wonder if the Suggs injury flared up again?

Haason Reddick - 69 (100%)
Cornerbacks
Byron Murphy - 69 (100%)
Tramaine Brock - 68 (99%)

Glad Tramaine got a lot of run in his final start of the season.
