Arizona Cardinals at New Orleans Saints second half thread

NFL: Arizona Cardinals at New Orleans Saints Chuck Cook-USA TODAY Sports

The Arizona Cardinals had two drives inside the redzone and have two field goals to show for it.

The New Orleans Saints have four drives inside the redzone and have one touchdown and on field goal to show for it.

That’s the difference in this game, but it’s been closer than most expected.

The Arizona Cardinals trail the New Orleans Saints 10-6 at half time, but the Cards are not only in this game, they’ve missed some opportunities.

Kyler Murray and the offense have had two good drives to give themselves a chance, but one stalled on play calling, the other missed on a fantastic play design that saw Larry Fitzgerald just not able to get his second foot down on a perfect throw from Murray.

Defensively, the Cardinals continue to give up yards at an alarming rate, but they buckle down in situations and force fourth downs.

The Cardinals need to find a way to get into the endzone if they want to find a way to finish this game and maybe upset the New Orleans Saints.

We’ll see how they finish.

Let’s go Cardinals!
