Arizona Cardinals re-sign defensive tackle Miles Brown to practice squad

The Arizona Cardinals made a move to beef up the defensive line this week bringing in veteran Zach Kerr.

In doing so they released undrafted free agent Miles Brown, who the team really likes, but was not ready to make a consistent contribution at this time.

Forced into action, Brown was okay, but clearly not ready and the Cardinals need more bodies up front, which lead to his release and the signing of Kerr.

Now, Brown is back with the Cardinals on their practice squad.

From the team:

Brown (6-2, 320) was released from the Cardinals active roster on Tuesday. He played in three games with the Cardinals this season and had two tackles after originally joining the team as an undrafted rookie free agent from Wofford. While at Wofford, Brown appeared in 50 games (49 starts) and collected 174 total tackles, 38 tackles for loss, and 13.5 sacks.

Welcome back Miles and good luck.
