Arizona Cardinals will be without Chase Edmonds, David Johnson and Justin Murray questionable

The Arizona Cardinals are going to be dealing with injuries as they take on the top team (record wise) in the NFC.

In fact, the San Francisco 49ers have the top defense in the NFC and if it was not for the historic run by the New England Patriots, we would hear much more about it.

Instead, they continue to fly a bit under the radar.

Well, the Arizona Cardinals will deal with them tomorrow evening and do so with some injury issues and some injury concerns.

Chase Edmonds is out with his hamstring issue and Zach Allen continues to be sidelined with a neck injury.

However, the questionable players, mainly David Johnson and right tackle Justin Murray may be even bigger problems.

Murray has been the starting right tackle for most of the season, and if he is out the options are second year center Mason Cole or rookie Joshua Miles.

Going against likely Defensive Rookie of the Year Nick Bosa seems like a problem for both, but may be too much to ask of Miles.

Meanwhile, if Johnson is out again, it will be a running back by committee with three guys with less than two weeks in the system: Kenyan Drake, Zach Zenner, and Alfred Morris.

It seems less than optimal against a great 49ers team, but maybe Kliff and Kyler have a little magic up their sleeves.
