SB Nation’s FanPulse is back for 2019 and it is bigger and better than ever. If you have missed out on signing up, don’t worry, there is still plenty of time for you to be part of the Revenge of the Birds FanPulse and weigh-in on all the Arizona Cardinals topics.
It is true what they say, absence does make the heart grow fonder.
During the Arizona Cardinals bye week, fan confidence in the direction of the team rose.
That is likely because fans watched the San Francisco 49ers bludgeon the Green Bay Packers and then followed it up by watching the Baltimore Ravens completely run through the Los Angeles Rams.
All of a sudden, those close losses to the Ravens and 49ers by the Cardinals gives fans a sense that, maybe they are not too far away.
Amazing.

That is right, a week after 70% of respondents had confidence in the direction of the team, it has risen to 73%.
Nothing happened, other than Cardinals fans were able to see that maybe things are a little further along than we thought.
Next week will be the real test, after a game against the struggling Los Angeles Rams.
Now, to the meat of this weeks FanPulse survey, Thanksgiving.
It was a virtual tie for the one side dish you would have removed from the Thanksgiving menu.

I am not a person who hates on any food, but my mom makes an incredible green bean casserole, so I’d be sad if that was gone.
It is funny because the national SB Nation FanPulse from all sports combined had a similar result.

I was shocked that stuffing was so high, which makes me think people have never had good stuffing.
Speaking of Thanksgiving, the other national question for football fans was, which game are you most looking forward to?

Clearly the worst game is the Bears and Lions. No Matthew Stafford and potentially no Jeff Driskel... Yuck.
What do you think?
