Two players came back to practice in a limited role and one offensive lineman was still missing as the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks get ready to faceoff for the final time in 2019.

Justin Pugh was the lone non-participant in practice today as his back issue will likely keep him limited or unable to practice for the rest of 2019.
However, Jordan Hicks and Christian Kirk were both back in limited roles today as they try and get ready for one of the more physical teams in the NFL.
Joining them as limited is defensive lineman Caraun Reid, a starter after the litany of defensive line injuries the Cardinals have had this season.
For the Seahawks, things were not as good.
While George Fant was back and a full participant, both cornerback Shaquill Griffin and defensive lineman Al Woods were non-participants on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday.
It’ll be something to watch as the Seahawks need these final two games to maintain a hold on the top seed in the NFC.
