The Arizona Cardinals entered the 2019 NFL Free Agency period needing a couple of things.
Defensively they needed help along the line and at the linebacker position.
On offense, they needed help at guard and wide receiver.
Well, one of the bigger name targets at guard is now gone.
Rodger Saffold has agreed to sign a four-year $44 million deal with the Tennessee Titans according to Adam Schefter:
Former Rams' OL Rodger Saffold intends to sign a four-year, $44 million deal that includes $22.5 million guaranteed with the Tennessee Titans, per source.

Saffold was one of the best free agent options on the market and is being paid like such, even at his age, he’ll be 31 in June.
For the Cardinals, missing out on Saffold is not really an issue, as he was a little long in the tooth for a team that may be one to two years away from competing.
If the Cardinals were closer or Saffold was two years younger, it would have made more sense for the Cardinals to try and match or beat that contract, but owing Saffold at his age 33 and hoping he is still playing at a high level when the Cardinals are in year four of Josh Rosen just doesn’t seem smart.
