When you look at the first wave of free agency, including before free agency with the Arizona Cardinals, it is clear who is rebuilding versus who is just looking to plug up some holes.
The Cardinals have added 11 players, the rest of the NFC West has six combined.
For the Rams, you have to love the Weddle signing, while the 49ers are clearly trying to fix what is broken... Their defense.
The Seahawks are trying to continue to be a great running team, with the addition of Mike Iupati, but I think their signing of Jason Myers is the key, as Sebastian Janikowski wasn’t good last year.
Obviously the Arizona Cardinals have done the most, but who has done the best through the first wave?
