Devin Singletary, RB, Florida Atlantic (PRI)
Jace Sternberger, TE, Texas A&M (WOR)
The names the Cardinals have met with privately and in workouts tell us a bit of a story. Obviously taking off Kyler Murray, the Cardinals are looking at athletes at the skill positions. They are looking for wide receivers who can win down the field, with size. They are looking at players with experience working in the spread and up tempo offenses like Singletary and Sternberger. They are looking at an offensive lineman that can work inside at either guard and center that has worked in spread offenses.
The other interesting one is Jaylon Ferguson, who had one of the worst pro day workouts recorded. He packed on 14 pounds and timed like a bad offensive linemen instead of the new NCAA sack leader… over taking Terrell Suggs. Maybe they could get this one right, as Suggs allegedly timed poorly as well.
What stands out to you?
