One of the greatest players of his generation is calling it a career.

Gronk’s accomplishments are unbelievable on paper:
5× Pro Bowler
4× First-team All-Pro
2014 NFL Comeback Player of the Year
2011 NFL receiving touchdowns leader
521 Receptions
7,861 Receiving yards
79 Receiving touchdowns
3 Super Bowl champion
He may have the greatest peak of any tight end in the history of the NFL.
His 2011 season is maybe the single best my a tight end in the history of the game, and that doesn’t even factor in that he was the best blocking tight end in the league for nearly his entire career.
With Gronk out of the league, one of the most entertaining players and figures will be gone and one of the greatest to ever play the position is gone as well.
Good luck in your next adventure, Gronk.
