Arizona Cardinals 2019 win total lowest in the NFL according to ESPN

NFL: Combine Trevor Ruszkowski-USA TODAY Sports

The Arizona Cardinals have made a number of moves in free agency, they have completely revamped their offensive line, added to their defense and taken some fliers on offensive weapons who have struggled with age and or injury in the past season.

All of that plus a massive coaching overhaul has done what to their Las Vegas win total projection?

Well if you compare it to this time last year, where the Cardinals sat at 5.5 wins, it’s lowered it to 5 games according to ESPN.

The win total of five is tied with the Miami Dolphins for the lowest in the NFL.

The more intriguing aspect will be how that win total changes post draft.

Last year it really didn’t move at all between the week leading up to the draft and the week after the draft.

The reason was the addition of Josh Rosen signalled that the Cardinals were in a rebuild over the potential trying to get the most out of Sam Bradford.

Now, the Cardinals sit lower than the 5.5 with Rosen and you wonder if Vegas is factoring in the potential drafting of Kyler Murray or not.

The only way we find out is when the Vegas odds come out the week after the draft.

If the Cardinals have Josh Rosen and anyone not named Murray on the roster, where does the win total go? What about if they draft Murray, how does the win total change?

That will be a good gauge of what Vegas is thinking with the initial number of 5 wins in 2019 for the Arizona Cardinals.
