Each and every year the NFL and New Era team up to create a NFL Draft night hat that the newly drafted NFL players can put on and sport for their new team.

It is one of the best marketing ploys in all of sports.

A new hat, each draft year, with unique designs for each team.

This years design is the best I can remember, at least for the Arizona Cardinals and you can bet I’ve already ordered mine.

New Era on the design concept:

Each cap features an embroidered team logo and unique design inspired by a local flag from each of the 32 NFL markets. The NFL 100 logo is featured on the back, making this the first collection from New Era that celebrates the NFL’s 100th anniversary.

The Cardinals hats, as I said, are the best I can remember in some time.

As stated above, each hat has a special nod to the NFL celebrating its 100th season:

However, the best Cardinals hat, at least to me, is the one that fully embraces the Arizona state flag and doesn’t conform it to the colors of the Cardinals, but instead conforms the Cardinals to the color of the flag:

It’s definitely bright, but I think it is one of the cleaner designs and is the perfect marriage between the Cardinals and the state of Arizona. I’d love for Nick Bosa, Quinnen Williams or Kyler Murray to slap that on come April 25th over the other options.

Which is your favorite?
